From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for. The service and hospitality were really good, and every staff member were really good too ensure our comfort. The room we stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool and hot tub with a luxurious and relaxing experience. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the closest subway station. this hotel was really good in terms of cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and staff.

The views from the room were fine. It was a treat to wake up and see the beautiful surroundings outside my window. Another positive aspect was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always ready to assist and provide recommendations. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the nearby attractions, and I appreciated the convenience of having restaurants and shops within walking distance.

the shower room's drainage was blocked, quite frustrating.

Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the staff and taken to our luxurious room that boasted exclusive amenities such as a private jacuzzi and balcony overlooking a scenic garden area. the service at the Spa & wellness center was exceptional, offering relaxing massages and beauty treatments. the indoor swimming pool was heated and surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs, providing a tranquil spot to unwind.

The only minor flaw we experienced was the wait time for room service. Although the food was superb, our order arrived later than expected.

The highlight of the hotel was undoubtedly its fine garden, a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. We enjoyed spending time in the garden and appreciating its beauty.

This led to an uncomfortable encounter at the fitness facility, where my mom was questioned about her room number and doubted as a guest. I was also not allowed to enter the pool area or take photos, despite seeing other guests freely enjoying it.

Although the hotel was not centrally located, there was still easy access to shopping and sightseeing with transportation.

The hotel's embrace of history, local art, and cultural appreciation creates a charming and unique atmosphere. The clear separation between the hotel and wedding venue ensures a peaceful experience. The garden is a good escape and the in-room breakfast is amazing.
